MARCUS FOLMAR (Show Creator, Writer, Director – BERNIE DIXON)

MarcusActor/Writer-Director Marcus Folmar has been a working actor in Los Angeles since ’99 and a private audition coach since ’05 when he founded THE BOOKING ROOM www.bookingroomLA.com.  Marcus moved to Los Angeles after graduating from Northwestern University’s Radio, Television and Film program.  Roles on shows such as ER, Frasier, Malcolm in the Middle, and Monk soon followed. More recently, Marcus worked on Californication, The Big Bang Theory, Shameless and freshman comedies Angel From Hell and Life In Pieces.   Additionally, he currently has a recurring role on Nickelodean’s 100 Things To Do Before High School.  As a writer, Marcus’ ABC Family original movie The List was nominated in 2008 for three NAACP Image Awards and he was the lead writer and co-director of Cyber Smack, an animated web series that he co-created for  ADASport.com.

SteveSteve is a prolific director and writer best known for his hit web series Everyday Lies and his anti-bullying comedy feature The Zeroes.  Steve is currently completing work on his drama web series, The Story Of Mia and a film noir short headed for the festival circuit, Unspeakable.

JONGNIC BONTEMPS (Composer)

JBJongnic has worked on over 40 projects in film, TV and video games that span epic drama to romantic comedy. Many of these productions have been showcased at film festivals such as Cannes, Pan African Film Festival, American Black Film Festival and many regional festivals around the world.  Jongic graduated from USC’s Scoring for Motion Picture and Television program in 2012 and in 2013 was selected as a fellow for the Sundance Music and Sound Design Lab at SkyWalker Ranch. Jongnic’s professional credits include scoring several episodes for the Disney’s Kickin ‘It, additional music for the 2013 theatrical release of Carrie, and scoring the winner of the 2013 HBO Short Film Competition A Different Tree, Huffington Post’s 2013 Breakout Artist Finalist Daughter of Fortune.
